What I do and why I do it
In 2023, a hike across the Californian Desert (PCT) completely shifted my perspective on life. Some might call me an entrepreneur, but I see myself more as an adventurous soul who happens to be pretty good at building businesses. For me, adventure is about tackling physical and mental mountains, and I have climbed a few!
My first business was a successful recruitment agency which I sold in 2010. After a taste of success, I launched my second business, a digital marketing agency. I started Green Umbrella Marketing Ltd just because I wanted to buy a trailer tent! (Yep, that was all the motivation I needed.) My third business, Adventure Geek, came from a love of the outdoors and wanting to hike The Camino De Santiago as I felt a bit lost at the time and redundant in my own business. Over the years, I’ve weathered recessions, pandemics, a divorce, loss of identity and even the rollercoaster of menopause. Every experience has taught me something valuable and built the foundation for what I do now.
Today, I’m lucky to spend my time exploring amazing places, surrounded by a fantastic network of friends and mentors. I genuinely love my life and feel excited about what’s ahead.
My mission? To help you find balance, perhaps help you grow your business, and create a life you love, one that truly reflects who you are and what you deserve.
How I do it.
Whether booking a one-to-one, a walk-and-talk session or joining a group life planning day, I create opportunities for you to pause, reflect, and reset. When you give yourself the space to think clearly, answers and opportunities have a way of finding you.
